The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of the city close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to get us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of choices. The room was spacious, had a wide and comfortable bed, and a delicious shower.
Can't think of anything.

Its close proximity to Liberdade, good shopping and the centre of Sao Paulo.
I was continually told to be careful of my belongings walking near the hotel especially during the evening and night. I felt some discomfort and tension walking around that area.

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel and really liked the fireworks display on the rooftop terrace. , the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to public transportation and several tourist attractions.
The noise level in our room was quite high, and we could hear street noise and other guests talking in the hallways. the room was not as clean as we expected with some stains on the sheets.

The staff and accomodations could not have been nicer. Everything was first rate.
There was nothing that was the hotel's "fault" but the neighborhood seemed a little dicey.

4 star hotel??? you got to be kidding! During my stay there the air conditioner was broke! yeah The manager didn´t change me to another room because the hotel was full. And during this 3 days they didn´t fix it or even got another air conditioner. I´ve never seen so many amateur people together ever in my life!!!

We had an unexpectedly enjoyable stay at this recently renovated hotel. the prime location allowed us to walk to city center attractions and feel safe to do so even late at night. Our modern and spacious room with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom was a delightful resting spot. Plus, we indulged in the excellent buffet breakfast.
Despite everything we loved, the hotel needs to work on soundproofing the street-facing rooms.

At reception they could speak english which is a bonus as hardly anyone can speak in english that we came across. The staff were very very friendly and helpful and also have a receptionist who looks like Jennifer Lopez. Will definetly stay there again. Superb breakfast. Mac donalds was on the door step including cinema and several eating places. A 4 star hotel in my veiw..
It would have been good if they had a swimming pool.

This property was excellent in every respect. I arrived at 8.20am after an exhausting overnight flight from London and my room was immediately available at no extra charge. The front desk service was excellent. The property is very conveniently located about 3 minutes on foot from the Republica terminus of the bus from Guarulhos airport and the same distance from the Republica metro station (with connections all over Sao Paulo, including the huge Tiete bus station). The buffet breakfast was excellent as well. The rate through www.Booked.net was quite a bit lower than the advertised rack rate.

Good price - value for money. Location close to city center and transportation facilities. Good standard compared to price.

The room is clean and new. I loved the bed and the pillow. It clearly is an executive minded hotel. Really good bathroom with a great shower. It is also located besides a movie theater.
The rooms facing the street are noisy. Elevators are few and small. This hotel has a very central location in São Paulo - which means the neighborhood isn´t great.

The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and standard breakfast items. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was great, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. It was also easy to catch public transportation to get around. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the rooftop pool, which provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel seemed to be lacking in upkeep and maintenance. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovations. The air conditioning system was also not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot during the night.
